La Magnifique Society is a brand new music festival in Reims, France.
Taking place in the Parc de Champagne, the festival is the successor to Elektricity Festival, which was hosted in the city for several years. The musical selection, however, extends far beyond the electronic spectrum.
The diverse and varied lineup spans electronica, jazz, folk, hip-hop, punk, indie, pop and more across three eclectic days of music. Whether it's the smooth jazz of Jamie Cullum and Gregory Porter, the live electronica of Moderat and Vitalic or the hip-hop of rising rap stars Little Simz and Tommy Cash, there's something on offer for all manner of music fans.
Before the musical celebrations get underway, there is also a three day 'avant-garde' program, showcasing artistic installations, exhibitions and performances in a number of venues across the city, ensuring the festival is an all encompassing celebration of art, culture and music.
