Krystal will share a quick and handy lunch meditation you can use to reset anytime! (Wednesday) 3. Powder Paint Beach Party - Release inhibitions and free up yourself to step into the happiest most empowered you with this wildly fun, powder paint party on the beach! A live DJ and awesome free spirits turn this experience way way up! (Thursday) 3. Morning Meditation and Inspired Journaling. Feel the soothing ocean against your skin as Krystal guides you through one of her meditations for people who hate meditating. Learn powerful meditation techniques that help active minds find calm and clarity. We will engage a special journaling practice on the beach, to receive messages from your higher self. (Friday) 4. Rockhouse Reggae Dub Dinner Party - Join the tribe at a private table at the Friday night dinner party. Live acoustics are paired with incredible local eats at a beautiful location on the cliffs. Things turn into a dance party with live DJ's spinning reggae dub and house. (Friday) 5.
