Liverpool Sound City returns to the city's Baltic Triangle in May 2020 for another weekend of rock, indie and more inside the area's creative hub of warehouses and quirky venues. And a heavy emphasis on underground and unsigned talent is exactly what Liverpool Sound City is all about, boasting a proud history of having booked alt-J, Florence and the Machine and The xx before the hype really took ahold. But Sound City isn't just about the live music, as the festival also runs a conference programme alongside, inviting an esteemed list of labels, promoters, artists and managers to impart their knowledge and discuss trending issues in the music scene.
