Junction 2 Festival is a London techno festival, showcasing some of the genre's finest names inside west London's Boston Manor Park each June. Held underneath a motorway, it's easy to see where the festival's name originates, but the industrial-cum-park setting is the perfect accompaniment to Junction 2's gritty, but alternative, sound. So popular has Junction 2 become, the festival expanded to two days for its last edition and will continue as so for its 2020 festival, taking over the park on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June 2020. The addition of the Friday allows Junction 2 to explore a more diverse variety of electronic music genres, delving into alternative house, electro and the like, while Saturday returns to its four to the floor techno roots. 2020's lineup will feature a special live performance by Jon Hopkins, who will headline Junction 2's Friday night, while Saturday sees the arrival of the techno heavyweights as Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Ben Klock and Dax J roll into west London.
