Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival is a music festival in Los Angeles State Historic Park. Its recent lineups have included Joji, Rich Brian, Higher Brothers and more. Produced by hip-hop and arts collective 88rising, the festival is expected to attract about 20,000 music fans to see more than a dozen acts on two stages.
